Not only does

capacity hard drives and greater processing speeds. This new hardware allows
Elkhart.com email to double the amount of email storage space. Users now have
50MB of storage space. The EpicMAIL interface graphically shows each user the
amount of email space used. In this example a green progress bar shows this
user has used about half of their 50mb. The progress bar will turn red when the
mailbox size gets closer to the 50mb limit and this is a warning to the user
to delete emails. |

The Epic Touch email
SPAM control software is now a no
charge service to elkhart.com email users. As in the past, the SPAM control software
resides on Epic Touch’s email server and for each email that is received by
the server for an elkhart.com user the software performs a series of tests to
determine if the email is a SPAM email or a legitimate email. When the SPAM control
software test an email and it determines that the email does not have the
characteristics of being SPAM, then the email is placed in the user’s INBOX.
When the user uses an email client, like Outlook Express, the email will be
delivered to the user. If the software
indentifies the email as SPAM, the software will add the prefix of [SPAM?] to
the subject line of the email. Then, the software will move the email to the
users Junk E-Mail folder. By moving the SPAM
email to this folder, a user using an email client, like Outlook Express,
will not To read/view emails
that have been identified as [SPAM?], the user will have to access the Junk
E-Mail folder through the EpicMAIL WebAccess. If a user finds a
legitimate email that is marked as [SPAM?] in the Junk E-Mail folder, the
user can add the user to their EpicMail WebAccess contact list. The next
email from this user will not go through the series of SPAM tests but the
email will be delivered to the users INBOX and if the user uses an email
client, the email will be delivered to the user. Any SPAM indentified
email a user wants to keep can be moved to the INBOX so the email can be
delivered to the user’s PC base email client.
