The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications between you and PayDQ are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center. We safeguard any personal information you may supply and do not share it.

Enhancements to the online bill payment system (June 6, 2009):

·         Customers will see a current balance as well as the statement balance.

·         On the customer profile page, customers will see the recurring payments scheduled in the system.

·         The login page has been simplified – there is only one box for customers to enter USERID.  Customer ID’s are either their account number OR the username (whichever one they selected during the registration process)
