Elkhart is located in the southwest corner of Kansas, north of the Oklahoma border and eight miles from Colorado. The city is the county seat for Morton County. It is on US Highway 56 and Kansas Highway 27. Oklahoma’s Highway 95 ends at Elkhart.  The city website has many links to city services besides those listed on this page.
